Our designs are made to be durable.  We have testing washing all different ways.  Although you can wash however you choose.  To help get the longest amount of wear try:

• Tumble dry on low heat or air dry for best longevity
• Do not use high heat, as it may affect print quality
• If ironing is needed, turn garment inside out and use low heat
• Wash and dry inside out

Story behind the design

We created the Believe In Yourself tank top as a reminder for the days when believing in yourself doesn't come easily. We all go through hard times, get down on ourselves, or have moments when we start to question what we can do and what we set out to do.

Believing in yourself isn't about never going through hard times; it's about keeping the belief in yourself and who you are and what you're truly capable of, even when the hard times show up. Sometimes you will need a reminder to trust yourself, keep going, and believe you can make it through all the hard times just as much as the good times.
