Our designs are made to be durable.  We have testing washing all different ways.  Although you can wash however you choose.  To help get the longest amount of wear try:

The story behind the design

We created the No Fear No Limits No Excuses tank top because we wanted to create a design that lets people know your mindset before you even say anything. Life will always put things in front of us, and sometimes they can be scary, but instead of letting fear stop you, you can choose to move through it, learn from it, and grow because of it.

No fear isn't about never being scared; it's about not letting fear decide what you can do. No limits is about remembering that sometimes the biggest limits are the ones we create ourselves, and believing that there is no limit to where your dreams take you. No excuses is about taking action; we can always find a reason to put something off till the next day or later, but eventually we have to stop making excuses and take the first step. It's choosing to face the fear, stop limiting yourself, leave the excuses behind, and see where you're capable of going.
